1. This survey is about perceptions of grammatical errors in Standard Written English as they might appear in business or professional correspondence.

2. My participation in this research survey is voluntary, and I may cease participation at any time without any adverse consequences.

3. Although my survey responses will be analyzed, my participation is anonymous, and the data from the survey will not be identifiable as mine.

4. Once the survey results have been obtained and analyzed, any personal information will be destroyed.
