The 33rd Pee-Dee Regional High-School Mathematics Tournament will take place on Tuesday, 2009 December 08. Students take a Written Competition in the morning and those schools that progress to the Finals send teams of four students to the stage to answer questions. Awards consist of plaques to the winning teams from each division, plaques to First, Second and Third Prize for performance on the Written Competition, and medallions to those students awarded Honorable Mentions. Last year, 251 students from 17 area high schools participated in the Tournament. |
