Academic Computer Center - Help Desk (Ext. 1111)

Support:

ACS Helpdesk (ext. 1111)
The ACS Helpdesk is the first point of contact for receiving the network assistance you need. You can reach the ACS Helpdesk by dialing extension 1111 on campus or stopping by the Helpdesk in the Main Computer Lab in room 102 at Stanton Academic Computer Center. Here a student worker will assist you with your request and/or make an appointment with ResNet for you to receive further assistance.

Network Support Clinics
Support Clinics are held throughout the semester on Mondays and Thursdays, by appointment, but more frequently at the beginning of term (see news page or contact ACS Helpdesk for current location and schedule). These clinics are available for students to receive helpful instructions and one-on-one network support with a technician. Students who plan to attend must bring their systems (system box or laptop with its power cord, we'll provide keyboard, mouse etc.) at their scheduled time and have sufficient time available to receive proper assistance.
